Details :

DOUBLE CHAMBER VACUUM PACKING MACHINE 062.

1. Chamber Size: 500 Wide x 450 Deep x 80 mm High.
2. Over all dimension: 1132 x 568 x 850.
3. Chamber: Transparent Acrylic viewing window.
4. Sealing bars: Sealing bar lengths 440 or 640 mm as per customer choice. Sealing bars are operated with specially developed vacuum actuators. These actuators do not require any maintenance for years, expect oiling. Also these have infinite life.
a. Construction: Made of fiber glass to avoid short circuit when PTFE insulation tape is damaged or torn.
b. Element mounting terminal: Specially developed for easy changing.
c. Other: Sealing bars can be simply removed from the chamber by unscrewing two screws.
5. Construction: Body MS & Chamber SS.
6. Vacuum Pump: 20 cum / hr = 330 LPM with 1 phase electrical supply. This is imported oil lubricating pump requires only 500 ml oil comparing to 5000 ml required by rotary vane vacuum pump. Also it is very silent and does not emit oil fumes as oil is recirculated.
7. Operation: Controlled by Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and push button operated by lid of the machine & automatic. Except bag filling, loading bags in chamber & lid closing.
8. Sealing Element:10 mm sealing band optional.
9. Packing Cycle: Vacuuming time empty chamber maximum 30, sealing 1.5 max, cooling 5 seconds. Bag arranging time of 2 to 3 seconds / bag. Vacuum time reduces when chamber is filled with product. Approximately 12 el
10. Monitoring and Control: Individual PLC for each chamber with AFRISO German Dial gauge

4. Vacuum oil: 2000 ml in addition to 500 ml with pump.
